Our client is a worldwide travel specialist with offices throughout the UK. Based in Sheffield this role is for a Multi-site Manager to oversee the two Sheffield branches. This role will be to make sure that all budgeted targets and agreed service standards are met, along with developing business within the area for the two shops.
This role would be ideal for an existing Retail Travel Manager with a proven background of training, coaching, developing staff and hitting sales targets. Knowledge of worldwide tailor-made market would be advantageous. Only candidates with a strong travel industry background will be considered.
The role will involve making sure that each shop hits their required targets for sales and service levels. This role may involve a small amount of travelling, along with representing the company at promotional events. A basic salary of cЈ22,500 + bonus will be offered.
